The Service answers questions on NHS Referral to Treatment (RTT) rules, elective recovery and reporting, drawing on published NHS England guidance, and can draft documents and show published trust performance data. It is provided free of charge as an information and productivity aid.

Intellectual property

Sigma RTT, the Sigma View brand and the Service's design and software are owned by Acumentice Ltd. Underlying NHS England and DHSC source documents are Crown copyright, reproduced under the Open Government Licence v3.0, and remain subject to that licence. Documents you generate with the Service are yours to use, subject to these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies and is dated below. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
